In addition to the Solutions Clinic, we are committed to continuously partnering with our clinical teams to create custom build solutions to optimize care. Momentum is one example of an innovative cloud-based application, designed in-house by the team at the Institute of Better Health.
This platform is used by the administrative and health care teams at Insight Health Solutions and our partner sites to easily share important patient information in a secure and accessible way creating coordinated care and improving care outcomes. For healthcare organizations, it means making processes more efficient and spending more time on providing care.
